THE RACE
The Frenchay 10K is one of the country's oldest 10K events. First held in 1980, the race was conceived with the joint purpose of staging a well-organised run for serious runners and beginners alike and raising money for local charities.
2019 CHARITY
Our chosen charity for 2019 is Paul's Place.
COURSE
The run starts & finishes in the UWE Glenside campus and runs through Oldbury Court and along local roads. The course is scenic and undulating and will suit all standards. Unfortunately, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Race HQ - at the Students Centre on the UWE Glenside campus
No changing facilities or showers
Supervised kit storage (at owners risk)
Hot and cold refreshments available
Presentation of the trophies takes place at 12.30 in the Students Centre
TROPHIES
First 3 senior male and female runners (17-39).
First 3 veteran male and female runners (40-49).
First super veteran male and female runners (50+).
First junior male and female runners (15-16).
First male and female teams
Commemorative mugs for all finishers.
ENTRIES
Race number collection is available between 9.30 and 10.30.
Entry on the day registration opens 9.30am and closes at 10.45am. - 15 mins before the start of the run.
The minimum age for runners is 15 years on the day of the race.
