The Frenchay 10K is one of the country's oldest 10K events. First held in 1980, the race was conceived with the joint purpose of staging a well-organised run for serious runners and beginners alike and raising money for local charities.
Our chosen charity for 2019 is Paul's Place.
The run starts & finishes in the UWE Glenside campus and runs through Oldbury Court and along local roads. The course is scenic and undulating and will suit all standards. Unfortunately, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs.
